1 Shipment Processing Time & Delivery Estimates

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or by phone.

For international shipments out of the U.S, we use different carriers depending on the destination. It typically takes 5 to 7 working days for delivery. 

2 Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer complimentary shipping for orders over $250.

3 Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is shipped.

4 Customs, Duties and Taxes

CSUPER takes care of customs duties and taxes (DDP) for clients in countries where this service is available. In other cases, we are not responsible for any additional taxes, duties or brokerage fees that may arise during customs clearance. These expenses are determined by state regulations and should be covered by you upon delivery.

For orders shipped outside the U.S., VAT and GST are excluded from the total. 

5 Damages

CSUPERETTE LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting your claim.

If you're unsure about anything please contact us and we will reply within 24 hours. 

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the arrival date of your order to return your items. We accept returns on unworn, unwashed clothing only. 

Returns need to be shipped back to the address listed on your packing slip. You will be expected to pay the return shipping cost. If you need to return an item, please contact us  for further instructions.
